What do I need?
To complete this process online, you will need to provide an email address and a valid credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). There is no charge for this service. The credit card information is simply used to verify your identity.

If you prefer not to provide this information, you will have the option to print and mail a Change of Address Order.

What happens next?
A confirmation request will be sent to you by email. Once you confirm your Change of Address Order, we will promptly mail a Move Validation Letter (MVL) to the address you are leaving. For your protection, the MVL will not mention your new mail forwarding address. Within ten days of the move start date, you should receive either a Confirmation Notification Letter (CNL) or a Welcome Kit at your new address.
